أقسام الحديث الشريف( الصحيح والحسن والضعيف والخبر الموضوع)

لقد كان الصحابة الكرام منذ عصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يهتمون بالحديث الشريف كتابة وحفظـا، ثم قام العلماء بتدوين وتصنيف الحديث؛ فالحديث الشريف هو المصدر الثاني للتشريع بعـد القرآن الكريم، وهو المفسر والمؤكد لما في القرآن الكريـم، بـل قـد يأتي بأحكـام لـم تـرة فـي القرآن العظيم.

قال تَعَالَى: [ وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَى إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحْيٌ يُوحَى] (النجم )

ويقول تعالى: [وَمَا ءاتاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ] (7) (الحشر)

لذلك اهتم العلماء بدراسة الحديث الشريف لأنّ أمور الدين وأحكامه تُبنى على تلك الأحاديث.

اقسام الحديث الشريف

ينقسم إلى قسمين أساسين:

1- من حيث: القبول والرد: ينقسم إلى “الصحيح – الحسن – الضعيف – الخبر الموضوع”

2- من حيث كثرة وعدد الرواة أو قلّتهم: ينقسم إلى “الآحاد – المتواتر”

شرح أقسام الحديث من حيث القبول والرد:

                    أقسام الحديث ” الصحيح – الحسن – الضعيف – الخبر الموضوع”

أولاً : الحديث الصحيح

تعريف الحديث الصحيح

هو ما اتصل سنده “أي روات الحديث” بنقل العدل الضابط “لا ينسى” عن مثله من أول السند” من بداية الرواة إلى نهايته” إلى منتهاه من غير علة ولا شذوذ.

  شروط الحديث الصحيح 

  1-اتصال السند معناه أن يسمع كل رواة في سلسلة الحديث ممن فوقه  من بداية السند حتى وصوله للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.

   2- عدالة الرواة: تقوى وإيمان في القلب ، يمنع صاحبه عن الكذب والمعاصي.

   3- الضبط: نوعان: الأول ضبط “صدر” بمعنى الحفظ: وهو أن يسمع الراوي الحديث من شيخه ثم يحفظه                ويذكره ويستحضره متى شاء.

    الضبط هو أن “يسمع الراوي الحديث من الشيخ ” فلا يحفظه” ثم يكتبه في كتاب عنده ويحفظه من التحريف والتبديل”.

   4-عدم الشذوذ: بأن لا يخالف الثقة من هو أوثق منه من الرواة.

   5- عدم العلة: وهي سبب يطرأ على الحديث فيقدح في صحته مع أن الظاهر السلامة منها.

تطبيق على شروط الحديث الصحيح 

فالحديث التالي فيه تطبيق لشروط الصحيح:

– فسند هذا الحديث متصل، لأن جميع رواته سمعوا من شيوخهم.

– روات هذا الحديث ضابطون عُدولٌ: و إليك أوصافهم من كتب الرجال:

  • مالك بن أنس: إمام حافظ, أمير المؤمنين في الحديث صاحب الذهب المشهور .
  • نافع : أبو عبدالله المدني, مولى ابن عمر إمام حافظ, متفق على عدالته و إتقانه.
  • فابن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنهما: صحابي له مكانته .
  • ليس فيه شذوذ: فلم يعارضه حديث أقوى منه.
  • ليس معلل: ليس فيه عِلـّة من العلل تقدح في صحته.
  • و من هذا كله نستنتج أن هذا الحديث ( حديث صحيح )
  • يؤخذ بالحديث الصحيح ويعمل به .

ثانياً:

الحديث الحسن

تعريف الحديث الحسن

هو “ما اتصل سنده برواية “فكل رواته عدول” العدل غير تام الضبط” غير أن أحد رواته ضبطه خفيف” من غير شذوذ و لا علـّة”.

فالحديث الحسن، يعمل به لأنه مقبول، ويحتج به، وإن كان أقل من الحديث الصحيح في القوة.

فإذا تعارض الصحيح مع الحسن يؤخذ ويعمل الصحيح لأنه الأقوى.

ثالثاً:

الحديث الضعيف

تعريف الحديث الضعيف 

هو أي حديث لم تجتمع فيه صفات الحديث المقبول، فالحديث الضعيف يُعمل به، في فضائل الأعمال والقصص والمواعظ  والترهيب والترغيب فإنه يجوز العمل به في مثل هذه الأعمال.

أما إذا كان في العقائد كصفات الله أو في الأحكام الشرعية من الحلال أو الحرام وغيرها فإنه لا يجوز الأخذ به.

والعلماء وضعوا شروطاً للعمل بالحديث الضعيف أهمها:

* أنَّ الضعف في الحديث  لا يكون قويا وغير شديد.

* أن يندرج تحت أصل معمول به.

تعريف الخبر الموضوع

 هو كلام لم يقله  النبي عليه السلام، بل نسبه الوضَّاعُون الكذابون إلى رسول الله .

 -حكم العمل به: لا يؤخذ به لأنه كذب.

أسباب حدوث الوضع في الحديث

* المنافقون الذين يعملون على هدم الدين.

* أصحاب الأهواء والآراء الذين كذبوا على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.

* القصّاصون الذين يسترزقون من وراء القصص.

* محبة نشر الخير مع الجهل فيه.

* التفرقة العنصرية والتعصب للقبيلة والبلد والإمام.

علامات الوضع في الحديث

 1- مخالفة صريح القرآن والسنة أو الإجماع.

2- ركاكة اللفظ والمعنى والتركيب.

3- مخالفة البديهيّات العقلية.

4- الطعن في الرسل والأنبياء، أو الاستهزاء بهم عليه السلام.

5- الإفراط في الثواب الكبير على العمل الصالح القليل، أو الإفراط بالوعيد الشديد على الأعمال السيئة القليلة.
