منهج الإسلام في بناء الأسرة

الأسرة في الإسلام لها نظام متكامل وشامل، يقيم أسرة متماسكة ومستقرة، قادرة على تحقيق أهدافها,

و أداء وظيفتها، ويضمن لها أثرا فَعَّالاً وإيجابياً في داخلها وفي المجتمع المحيط بها، ويحميها من التفكك والانقراض.

لقد راعى نظام الأسرة في الإسلام حاجات الإنسان المادية والنفسية، فجاء متوافقاً مع الفطرة البشرية.

– الأمور التي يجب مراعاتها في بداية بناء وتكوين الأسرة في الإسلام:

1- التكافل الاجتماعي.

2- المودة والرحمة.

2- العدل والمساواة في الحقوق والواجبات.

 أهمية الأسرة

الأسرة أساس المجتمع، الله تعالى  عز وجل أراد أن تكون أوّل علاقة بين بني آدم هي علاقة الزوجية، وأول لقاء بين البشر لقاء رجل وامرأة (أبينا آدم وأمنا حواء)، فتكونت الأسرة وكان المجتمع، وتكاثر البشر وتكون نسيج المجتمع الإنساني،

قال تعالى: ( يا أيها النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحدةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاء وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءلُونَ بِهِ وَالأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا ) النساء (1)

إنَّ الأسرة هي اللبنة الأولى في المجتمع، وصلاحها يعني صلاح المجتمع بأكمله، ومن هنا جاء اهتمام الإسلام بالأسرة، فوضعت الأسس التي تضمن سلامة الأسرة، وشرعت الأحكام، لتبقى الأسرة الحضن الدافئ والطبيعي للأبناء وتنمي القيم والأخلاق والعادات والتقاليد، ومشاركة في المجتمع بأجيال مؤمنة متزنة ومعطاءة.

أول أسرة في التاريخ البشري، هي أسرة أبو البشر آدم وحواء.

أثر الأسرة في بناء مجتمع صحي سليم:

– الأسرة هي اللبنة الأولى والنواة الأساسية في تكوين المجتمع وأساسُ قوة المجتمع وتماسكه.

من منهج الاسلام فى بناء الاسره أن اهتم الإسلام بالأسرة بمظاهر عدة:

مظاهر اهتمام الإسلام بالأسرة

1- الترغيب في الزواج والحث عليه، واعتباره عبادة شطر الدين، قال رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إذا تزوج العبد فقد استكمل نصف الدين، فليتق الله في النصف الباقي ) (الجامع الصغير).

2 التحذير من العزوف عن الزواج، فقد عد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الزواج من سنته، ثم قال بعد ذلك: منْ رَعْبَ عَنْ سُنَّتي فليس مني» (مسلم)، فضلا على أنه لا يتفق مع الفطرة السليمة، قال تعالى: (ومن كل شيءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ ). (الذاريات (3)

3- اهتمام الإسلام بالأسرة وظهر ذلك في بيان أحكام الأسرة وواجبات أفرادها وحقوق كل أفرادها، في جميع مراحلها للحفاظ على أداءٍ سهل داخل الأسرة وخارجها، وضمانًا للحقوق معنوياً ومادياً لأفرادها، وهذا سيقوي الروابط الأسرية، ويحفظ تماسك المجتمع.

4- أعلى الإسلام شأن رباط الزواج، عندما عبر عن عقد الزواج بالميثاق الغليظ، قال تعالى: {وَأَخَذْنَ مِنكُم ميثاقا غَلِيظًا ) النساء 21)، لتعظيم شأن هذه العلاقة في نفس المسلم.

ودلالة وصف عقد النكاح بالميثاق الغليظ، لعظمته وقوته، عهدا قويا مؤكدا.

5. الحث على تيسير تكاليف الزواج، وإزالة العقبات من طريق المقبلين عليه، قال: «إن من يُمن الْمَرْأَةُ تَيسِيرَ خَطبتَها، وَتَيسِيرَ صَدَاقِهَا» (الجامع الصغير)، وليس فقط في المهر بل في تكاليف الزواج كلها، وقد أصبحت المبالغة في ذلك تُمَثل عقبة كأداء أمام الشباب في بعض الأحيان، ولقد كان لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة السبق في فك هذه المعضلة، من خلال صندوق الزواج وتجهيز صالات للأفراح وغيرها.

مخاطر العزوف عن الزواج

1- ظهور فوضى خلقية مدمرة.

2- العزوف عن الزواج يؤدي إلى أمراض وعقدٍ نفسية عند الرجال والنساء.

3- يؤدي إلى عدم القدرة على الإبداع الإنتاج ولا يتوفر الإتقان.

4 – العزوف عن الزواج يهددها الأمة بالانقراض  وضعفها فتكون سهلة أمام الأعداء لأنه يقطع النسل.

مقترحات لجعل الزواج سهلاً ميسرًا أمام الشباب

1- الحث على تخفيض المهور وتسهيلها وعدم المغالاة فيه .

2 – حث الجميع بإقامة حفلات العرس الجماعي لتقليل نفقات الزواج .

3- تقديم مساعدات للمقبلين على الزواج .

4- توفير المسكن الخيري للمقبلين على الزواج بأسعار معقولة.

وظائف الأسرة

1. حفظ النوع الإنساني: فالأسرة في نظام الإسلام، هي المؤسسة الوحيدة المكلفة بمهمة حفظ النوع البشـري مــن خــلال الزواج والإنجاب مع الحفاظ على الأنساب، لتحديد العلاقات بكل وضوح، وترتيب الحقوق والواجبات بناء عليها، كصلة الرحم والميراث وغيرها.

2. تلبية الحاجات الفطرية في الإنسان:

ومنها:

أ- إشباع الغرائز الإنسانية بطريقة مشروعة واعتبارها عبادة متى ما وافقت الضّوابط الشرعية ورافقته النية الخالصة لوجه الله تل، قَالَ رَسولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: «وَفِي بِضْعِ أَحَدِكُمْ صَدَقَةٌ». قَالُوا: يا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَيَأْتِي أَحَدُنَا شَهْوَتَهُ ويَكونُ لَهُ فِيها أَجْرُ؟ قَالَ: «أَرَأَيْتُمْ لَوْ وَضَعَها فِي الْحَرَامِ أَكَانَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهَا وِزْرُ؟ فَكَذَلِكَ إِذَا وَضَعَها في الْحَلالِ كَانَ لَهُ فيها أَجْرُ».

ب- إشباع النزعة الفطرية للولد والذرية، قال تعالى: (المَالُ والبَنُونَ زِينَةُ الحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيا ) (الكهف 46)؛ فالأسرة هي الصورة الطبيعية المشروعة التي تلبي رغبة الإنجاب .

ج-  تلبية الحاجات الروحية والنفسية من مودة ورحمة واستقرار وأمان، بيــن أفراد الأسرة، وتعطيهم الحب والثقة بالنفس.

3. حفظ المجتمع بوقايته من دواعي الفساد والانحراف، وحمايته من الجريمة ومخاطر الأمراض والأوبئة.

4. تربية الجيل وتنشئته فالأسرة هي المحصن الطبيعي الذي يربّي الفرد ليكون إنسانا صالحًا معتدلاً، لديه القيم والأخلاقي اللازمة، لكي يؤدي وظيفته في الحياة عبادة الله تعالى، وإعمار الأرض.

العلاقة بين قيام الأسرة ومنع انتشار الجريمة، إن لقيام الأسرة دور كبير في الحفاظ على أفرادها من الانحلال وانتشار الجريمة.

ما يترتب على إشباع النزعة الفطرية للولد والذرية، يترتب عليها الاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي .

الأسس التي تبنى عليها الأسرة

1. وحدة الأصل والمنشأ فالزوج والزوجةُ خُلقا من أصل بشري واحد، قال تعالى: ﴿ وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنشَاكُم مِّن نَفْسٍ وَاحِدة) الأنعام 98)

 2. الحقوق والواجبات: وهو أساس مهم في العلاقة بين الزوجين ، قال تعالى: (وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ) (البقرة ) ، فكل عمل تقوم به المرأة للرجل، فإن للرجل عملاً يؤديه لها مقابله، فهما متكاملان في الحقوق والأعمال، كما أنّ لكلّ منهما إحساسًا ومشاعر، فكلاهما بشر يحب ويكره، ويفرح ويحزن، وعلى كل منهما أن يراعي الطرف الآخر.

3 المودة والرحمة: قوام العلاقات الأسرية، وسبب الأمان النفسي الذي لا تقوم العلاقات الأسرية إلا في أجوائه، كما قال تعالى: ( وَمِنْ ءاياته أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمِ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ ) (الروم)، وفي هذا الجو ينمو الحب والتسامح والتعاون وكل القيم النبيلة. التكافل الاجتماعي: التعاون بين أبناء المجتمع – فرادى وجماعات ـ على تحقيق الخير ودفع الجور في شتى الجوانب المادية والمعنوية، كما في قوله قال: (وَوَصَّيْنَا الانسان بوالديه إحسانا )الأحقاف.

3- التكافل الاجتماعي، لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «ليس المؤمن بالذي يشيع وجاره جائع إلى جنبه». (رواه البخاري)

ما يعين على استقرار الأسرة وسعادتها

هناك أمور شرعها الإسلام، ليوفّر للأسرة عوامل الاستقرار والسعادة، ومنها:

1. حسن الاختيار: فقد جعل الإسلام لكل من الزوجين الحقِّ في اختيار شريك حياته، وحث على حسن الاختيار المرتكز على الدين والأخلاق ، قال : «إذا خطب إليكم من ترضون دينه وخلقه فزوجوه»، الترمذي، وقال: « فاظفر بذات الدين تربت يداك» (البخاري).

2. الرؤية الشرعية للمقبلين على الزواج كما قال للمغيرة بن شعبة: (اذهب فانظر إليها ، فإنّه أحرى أن يؤدم بينكما ). (ابن ماجة)

 3. التعاون والتفاهم وهـذا فــي جميع أمور الحياة، داخل البيت و خارجه، فإذا كان الإسلام أمرنا أن نعين الخادم إذا كان العمل فـوق طاقته، فمن باب أولى مساعدة الزوجة والزوج فيما بينهما من عمل البيت وتربية الأبناء وغيرها.

4. الصبر ويكفي قوله تعالى: ( انما يوفى الصابرُونَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ ) (الزمر 10) فصبر الزوج والزوجة من أهم أبواب الصبر، مثل صبرهم على بعضهم أو على تربية أولادهم وأرحامهم.

أسباب تفكك الأسرة 

1- أخذ بعض الشباب مفهومه عن الزواج من خلال الأفلام والروايات الخيالية.

2- تقديم صورة غير واقعية عن الحياة الزوجية وأنَّ الحياة الزوجية خالية من المشاكل تما .

3- خلط البعض بين العادات وأحكام الشرع.

4- يسبب ضعف ثقافة فقه الأسرة بين المتزوجين والشباب.

5- مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

6- الانشغال عن الواجبات الزوجية بمواقع التواصل المحرمة والأفلام الإباحية.

7- الهجرة والغياب الطويل .

8- كثرة الخلافات الزوجية.

9- انشغال أحد أعضاء الأسرة بالعمل.

10- حالات الإفلاس والأزمات المالية .

11- الانحلال الأخلاقي.
