التسامح فى الدين الاسلامى

أَعْلَنَ ديننا الحنيفُ مُنْذُ بِدَايَةِ نُزولِهِ أَنَّ التَّسَامُحَ مِنَ القِيمِ وَالمَبادِي الأَساسِيَّةِ الَّتِي يَسْتَنِدُ إِلَيْهَا فِي نَشْرِ رِسَالَتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ، فَقَدْ كَانَ إِرْسالُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَحْمَةً وَسَلَامًا لِلْعَالَمِينَ، قَالَ تَعَالَى: ( وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ ) (الأنبياء: 107).

وَالتَّسامُحُ بِالمَفهومِ العام هُوَ:

اللينُ، وَالسِّلْمُ، وَالرَّحْمَةُ، وَنَبْذُ العُنْفِ، وَالرِّفْقُ فِي التَّعَامُلِ مَعَ الْآخَرِينَ، وَقَبولُ اخْتِلافِهِمْ عَنا وَعَدَمُ إِكْرَاهِهِمْ عَلَى شَيْءٍ.

وَقَدْ دَعانا الإِسْلامُ لِلتَّحَلِّي بِخُلُقِ التَّسامُح مَعَ النَّاسِ جَمِيعًا, إن التَّسامح في الإسلام يكون في كافَةِ مَجَالَاتِ الحَياةِ؛ لِيُقِيمَ مُجْتَمَعًا مُتَماسِكًا وَمُتَرابِطًا، وَإِنْ لَمْ يُصَرِّح القُرْآنُ الكَريمُ بلفظ التسامح، إلا أنَّهُ أَوْرَدَ مِنَ الْأَلْفاظِ ما يُقارِبُها وَيُتَرْجِمُها إِلى واقع إِسْلامِيٌّ مَطلوبِ، كَما وَجَّهَنا إِلَيْهِ رَسولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْأَحَادِيثِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ، فَفِي الْقُرْآنِ الكريم آياتُ كَثِيرَةٌ تَأْمُرُ بِالإِحْسَانِ لِلنَّاسِ جَمِيعًا، قال تعالى: (وَأَحْسِنُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ ) (البقرة: 105)، وَالرّسول  صلى الله عليه وسلم: أَمَرَنا بِحُسْنِ التَّعاملِ مَعَ النَّاسِ كافَّةً فَقالَ: ( الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ النَّاسُ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ، وَالْمُؤْمِنُ مَنْ أمِنَهُ النَّاسُ عَلَى دِمَائِهِمْ وَأَمْوَالِهِمْ) (رَواهُ النِّسَائِيُّ).

صُورُ التَّسامح:

يَدعونا الإِسْلامُ لِلتَّحَلّي بقيم التسامح مَعَ النَّاسِ جَمِيعًا عَلَى اخْتِلافِ دِياناتِهِمْ وَأَعْراقِهِمْ وَجِنْسِيَاتِهِمْ وَلُغَاتِهِمْ، وَللتّسامح صُوَرٌ عِدَّةٌ ، أَمَرَنا بِها القُرْآنُ الكَريمُ ، وَحَتَّنا عَلَيْهَا الرَّسُولُ، وَمِنْهَا ما يلي:

1 ـ الرِّفْقُ وَالدِّينُ فِي التَّعامُلِ مَعَ النَّاسِ، وَرَسُولُنَا وَ كَانَ رَحِيمًا مَعَ النَّاسِ فِي القَوْلِ وَالتَّعَامُلِ، قَالَ تَعَالَى:

( فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ لِنتَ لَهُمْ وَلَوْ كُنتَ فَظًّا غَلِيظَ الْقَلْبِ لَانفَضُّوا مِنْ حَوْلِكَ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ …) [آل عمران: 159].

2 ـ العَفْوُ والصَّفْحُ عَمَّنْ يُسيء إِلَيْنَا، فَخَيْرُ النَّاسِ مَنْ يُسارِعُ لِمُصالَحَةِ مَنِ اخْتَصَمَ مَعَهُ، قَالَ صلى الله عليه وسلم : « لا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ ثَلاثِ لَيَالِ، يَلْتَقِيَانِ، فَيُعْرِضُ هَذَا، وَيُعْرِضُ هَذَا، وَخَيْرُهُمَا الَّذِي يَبْدَأُ بِالسَّلَامِ» [رَواهُ البُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ].

3 ـ مقابله الإساءه بالإحسان، بـ كظم الغيظ وعدم الرد على اى اساءه بـ مثلها، كما قال الله تعالى: ( ادفع بالتى هى احسن فإذا الذى بينك وبينه عداوه كأنه ولى حميم ) فصلت:34.

4 ـ السَّماحَةُ مَعَ ذَوِي الْأَرْحَامِ: وَذَلِكَ بِالمُبَادَرَةِ لِزِيَارَتِهِمْ، وَالسُّؤالِ عَنْهُمْ، وَمُسَاعَدَتِهِمْ إِذا احتاجوا، وَالصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى الْمُحْتاج قالَ رَسولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: ” لَيْسَ الْوَاصِلُ بِالْمُكَافِئ وَلَكِنَّ الْوَاصِلَ الَّذِي إِذَا قُطِعَتْ رَحِمُهُ وَصَلَهَا” (رواه البخارِيُّ).

5ـ الإحسان إلى الجيرانِ مَهُمَا كَانَ دِينُهُمْ: إن التَّسامح في الإسلام يدعونا للتسامح مع الجيران مهما كان دينهم وَيَكُونُ بِاحْتِرَامِهِمْ وَتَقْدِيرِهِمْ، وَمُسَاعَدَتِهِمْ إِذَا احتاجوا، وَعِبَادَتِهِمْ إِذَا مَرِضوا، وَعَدَمِ مُضايَقَتِهِمْ بِقَوْلٍ أَوْ فِعْلٍ، قَالَ صلى الله عليه وسلم: (مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُحْسِنُ إِلَى جَارِهِ) رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ.

6 ـ الإِحْسَانُ إِلَى مَنْ يَقومُ بِخِدْمَتِنَا: وَذَلِكَ بِاحْتِرَامِهِ وَتَقْدِيرِهِ، وَإِعْطَائِهِ حقوقه كامِلَةً، وَعَدَمِ الإِساءَةِ لَهُ بِالقَوْلِ أَوِ الفِعْلِ، وَعَدَمِ تَكْلِيفِهِ بِمَا يَفوقُ قُدْرَتَهُ, قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( إِخْوَانُكُمْ خَوَلُكُمْ, جَعَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ تَحْتَ أَيْدِيكُمْ, فَمَنْ كَانَ أَخُوهُ تَحْتَ يَدِهِ, فَلْيُطْعِمْهُ مِمَّا يَأْكُلُ, وَلْيُلْبِسْهُ مِمَّا يَلْبَسُ, وَلَا تُكَلِّفُوهُمْ مَا يَغْلِبُهُمْ, فَإِنْ كَلَّفْتُمُوهُمْ فَأَعِينُوهُمْ ) (رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيُّ).

7 ـ  إغاثَةُ الضُّعَفَاءِ وَالْمُحْتاجينَ وَمُساعَدَتُهُمْ، قَالَ تَعَالَى: ( وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينَا وَيَتِيمَا وَأَسِيرًا ﴾ [الإنسان: 8]، وَقَالَ: (مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمِ النَّاسَ لَا يَرْحَمُهُ اللَّهُ) [رواه مسلم].

8 ـ التسامح وعدم التشدد في البَيْعِ وَالشَّراءِ: وَيَتَحَقَّقُ ذَلِكَ بِاللَّينِ فِي الْمُعَامَلَةِ, وَتَرْكِ الجِدالِ وَالخِصامِ, عَنْ جَابِرٍ رضي الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: رَحِمَ اللَّهُ رَجُلًا سَمْحًا إِذَا بَاعَ,  وَإِذَا اشْتَرَى, وَإِذَا اقْتَضَى) ( رَواهُ البخاري).

9 ـ البِرُّ وَالإِحْسَانُ إِلَى غَيْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَالبِرُّ بِهِمْ يَكُونُ بِالرِّفْقِ بِضَعِيفِهمْ، وَسَدَّ حَاجَةٍ فَقِيرِهِمْ، وَإِطْعَامٍ جَائِعِهِمْ وَلِينِ الْقَوْلِ لَهُمْ، وَالدُّعَاءِ لَهُمْ بِالهِدَايَةِ وَالسَّعَادَةِ، وَصِيانَةِ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَعْرَاضِهِمْ، وَحِفْظِ جَمِيع حُقوقِهِمْ، وَإِعَانَتِهِمْ عَلَى دَفْعِ الظُّلْمَ عَنْهُمْ، قَالَ تَعَالَى: ﴿ لَا ينَهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَوْ يخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارَكُمْ أَن تَبَرُوهُمْ وتقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ ﴾ .

نماذج مِن التسامح

– لقد كانَ لَنَا فِي الرَّسول صلى الله عليه وسلم الأَسْوَةُ الحَسَنَةُ في التسامح، فَكانَ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُتَسَامِحَا مَعَ النَّاسِ، يَعْفُو عَنْهُمْ وَيَصْفَحُ، وَقَدْ سُئِلَتِ السَّيِّدَةُ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا عَنْ خُلُقِ رَسولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ: (وَاللهِ مَا انْتَقَمَ لِنَفْسِهِ فِي شَيْءٍ يُؤْتَى إِلَيْهِ قَطُّ) [رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.

 وَمِنْ مَواقِفِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم التي تفيضُ حِلْمًا وَسَماحَةً حينَمَا فَتَحَ مَكَّةَ؛ إذْ قالَ الله لِمَنْ آذَوْهُ وَأَخْرِجُوهُ مِنْ بَلَدِهِ: « يا مَعْشَرَ قُرَيْشٍ مَا تَظُنُّونَ أَنِّي فَاعِلٌ بِكُمْ؟» قالوا: خَيْرًا؛ أَخٌ كَريمٌ، وَابْنُ أَحْ كَريم، قالَ: « فَإِنِّي أَقولُ لَكُمْ كَما قَالَ يوسُفُ لِإِخْوَتِهِ: ( لَا تَثْرِيبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْيَوْمَ يَغْفِرُ اللهُ لَكُمْ ﴾ [يوسف: 92] اذْهَبُوا فَأَنْتُمُ الطُّلَقَاءُ».

وَمِنْ مَواقِفِ صَحَابَتِهِ في التسامح: ما يُرْوى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُما أَنَّهُ أَمَرَ مَنْ كَانَ يَقومُ بِخِدْمَتِهِ أَنْ يَبْدَأَ بِتَقْدِيمِ لَحْمِ الشَّاةِ الَّتِي ذَبَحَهَا لِجَارِهِ غَيْرِ المُسْلِمِ، وَكَرْرَ عَلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ عِدَّةَ مَرَّاتٍ، فَاسْتَغْرَبَ تَصَرُّفَهُ هَذا وَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ سَبَبٍ عِنايَتِهِ بِهِ، فَرَدَّ عَلَيْهِ بِقَوْلِ رَسولِ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: (مَا زَالَ جِبْرِيلُ يُوصِينِي بِالْجَارِ حَتَّى ظَننت  أَنَّهُ سَيُوَرِّثُهُ) [رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ .

وَقَدْ غَرَسَ مُؤَسِّسُ دَوْلَةِ الإماراتِ الشَّيْخُ زايِدُ بْنُ سُلْطانِ آلِ نَهْيانَ – طَيِّبَ اللَّهُ ثَرَاهُ فِي سَعِيدِ قيمَةَ التَّسَامُحِ، وَقامَ بِحُسْنِ التَّواصُلِ وَالتَّعارُفِ مَعَ جَميع النَّاسِ، وَشَمِلَتْ مَشْروعاتُهُ الخَيْرِيَّةُ دُولَ العالَمِ مَهُما كَانَتْ دِياناتُهُمْ وَأَعْراقُهُمْ، وَما زالَتِ الدَّوْلَةُ تَسِيرُ عَلَى نَهْجِهِ قِيادَةً وَشَعْبًا.

– إنَّ التَّسامح في الإسلام يُؤَثِّرُ بِشَكْلِ إيجابِيٌّ في حَياةِ الْفَرْدِ وَالمُجْتَمَعِ، وَمِنْهَا:

 الآثار الإيجابِيَّةُ عَلَى الفَرْدِ.

1- الشُّعورُ بِالرِّضا وَالرّاحَةِ النَّفْسِيَّةِ.

2- الفَوْزُ بِرِضا اللَّهِ تَعَالَى.

3- كَسْبُ مَحَبَّةِ النَّاسِ وَاحْتِرَامِهِمْ.

4- العَيْشُ فِي أَمْنِ وَاسْتِقْرارِ.

الآثار الإيجابيه فى المجتمع

1- تحقيقُ روح التَّكَافُلِ الِاجْتِمَاعِي فِي المُجْتَمَعِ.

2- التَّعايُشُ السِّلْمِيُّ بَيْنَ أَفْرَادِ الْمُجْتَمَعِ.

3- تذكيرُ النَّفْسِ بِأَنَّ الجَزاءَ مِنْ جِنْسِ العَمَلِ قالَ تَعالى: ﴿ فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى الله [الشورى: 40].

4- تدارسُ سيرة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم سَيِّدِ المُتَسامحينَ، وَسيرة صَحَابَتِهِ رِضْوانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ، وَسِيرَةِ الصَّالِحِينَ الَّذِينَ عُرِفوا بِالتَّسامح.
