التواصل الاجتماعى سلوك واداب

إن الإنسان كائن اجتماعـي بطبعه, يتواصل ويتعامل, ويخب تـكويـن العلاقات مع الآخرين، ومن وسائل التواصل الزيارة حيث يتحقِّقُ بها تقوية العلاقات الاجتماعية، فزيارة الأهل والجيران والأصدقاء تساهم بفاعلية في تقوية روابط المحبة والتعاون، وتنشر المودة بين النّاسِ إلّا أنّها أحيانًا تكون في بعض الأحيان عبئًا على المضيف، أو سببًا للوقوع في الحرج، وقد يؤدّي ذلك للقطيعة بين النّاسِ والتضجر. ولكي تحقق الزيارة غايتها شرع الإسلام آدابًا للزيارة.

 أنواع الزيارات

زيارة قريب، مريض، تهنئة، تعزية، جوار.

المريض: ما يحدده الطبيب وفيه مصلحة للمريض.

الجوار: ما يناسب الجار، وعدم انشغاله

التهنئة بالعرس: في يوم العرس.

يقول تعالى: “يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَدۡخُلُواْ بُيُوتًا غَيۡرَ بُيُوتِكُمۡ حَتَّىٰ تَسۡتَأۡنِسُواْ وَتُسَلِّمُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهَاۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ (27) فَإِن لَّمۡ تَجِدُواْ فِيهَآ أَحَدٗا فَلَا تَدۡخُلُوهَا حَتَّىٰ يُؤۡذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ وَإِن قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱرۡجِعُواْ فَٱرۡجِعُواْۖ هُوَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ عَلِيمٞ (28) لَّيۡسَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَدۡخُلُواْ بُيُوتًا غَيۡرَ مَسۡكُونَةٖ فِيهَا مَتَٰعٞ لَّكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ مَا تُبۡدُونَ وَمَا تَكۡتُمُونَ (29) قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَغُضُّواْ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ وَيَحۡفَظُواْ فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ (30) وَقُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ يَغۡضُضۡنَ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِنَّ وَيَحۡفَظۡنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبۡدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنۡهَاۖ وَلۡيَضۡرِبۡنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّۖ وَلَا يُبۡدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ أَوۡ ءَابَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ أَبۡنَآئِهِنَّ أَوۡ أَبۡنَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوۡ بَنِيٓ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوۡ بَنِيٓ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ أَوۡ نِسَآئِهِنَّ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُنَّ أَوِ ٱلتَّٰبِعِينَ غَيۡرِ أُوْلِي ٱلۡإِرۡبَةِ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ أَوِ ٱلطِّفۡلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يَظۡهَرُواْ عَلَىٰ عَوۡرَٰتِ ٱلنِّسَآءِۖ وَلَا يَضۡرِبۡنَ بِأَرۡجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعۡلَمَ مَا يُخۡفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّۚ وَتُوبُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ (31).

معاني المفردات الواردة في الآيات 27:31 من سورة النور

تَسْتَأْنِسُوا:                    تستأذنوا.

أزگى:                         أطيب وأطهر.

يَغضُوا:                     يكفوا النظر عمّا لا يحل النظر إليه.

خمُرِهِنَّ:                    جمع خمار، وهو غطاء الرأس للمرأة.

ولا يبدين:                  لا يظهرْنَ.

جيوبهن:                    فتحة الصدر.

لِبُعُولَتهنَّ:                    أزواجهن.

غَيْرِ أُولِي الْإِرْبَةِ:        الرجال الذين لا حاجة لهم في النساء.

تدابير وقائية تمنع الوقوع في الزنا

أولا: الاستئذان عند دخول بيوت الآخرين.                         ثانيا: غض البصر وحفظ الفرج. 

ثالثًا: نهي النِّساءِ وتوجيههن بعدم إبداء الزّينةِ إلا للمحارم.  

الشرح والتفصيل:

تنظيم طرائق التواصل بين النَّاسِ يُزيد من تعاونهم وتفاهمهم، ويحفظ علاقاتهم ومصالحهم، ويُجنّبُ المجتمع المنازعات، ويحد من انتشار الجريمة.

لذلك حدّدت الآيات بعضَ الضّوابط والأسس التي تضمن استمرار العلاقات السليمة بيـن أفـــرادِ المجتمع، وتمنعُ الجريمة ودوافعها، ومن هذه الأسس:

أولا: الاستئذان عند دخول بيوت الآخرين:

من أعظم النعم التي أنعم الله بها على الإنسانِ نعمة السكن، وقد امتن الله بها على بني آدمَ: (وَاللَّهُ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ سَكَنَا ) (النحل 80). وإنّما سُمّي البيت مسكنا لأنه محلُّ السكينة والاطمئنان؛ وقد جعل الشرع الحكيم للبيوت حرمة فلا يُحلُّ الدخول إليها إلا بإذنِ أَهلِها تحقيقا لحفظ العورات وهذا تقرّه الأعرافُ والقوانين جميعا.

ويقصد هنا طلب الإذن في الدخول في مكان لا يملكه المستأذنُ، وقد عبّرَتْ عنه الآيات الكريمة بالاستئناس لكي يوحي بلطف الاستئذان، الذي يُحدثُ أنسًا للضّيف والمضيف، ويمنح صاحب البيت فرصة الاستعداد لاستقباله، فلا يكون عبئًا ثقيلاً على ربِّ المنزل أو سببًا للحرج، والاستئذان ثلاث مرات، ويكون بينها وقت كافٍ لرد صاحب البيت.

حالات الاستئذان عند دخول بيوت الآخرين

الأولى: عند عدم وجود أحد في البيت، فلا يجوز دخوله في عدم وجود ساكنيه إلا بإذن منهم.

 الثانية: وجود أهل البيت فيه، وهذا له حالتان:

الأولى: أن يسمحوا بالدخول، فيُسلّمُ ويدخل.

الثانية: أن لا يسمحوا بالدخول بالكلام صراحةً أو عدم الرد، فيرجعُ أما الأماكن من غير المساكن؛ كالمستشفيات والمدارس والأندية والمحال والمتاجر العامة، والتي فيها للإنسانِ منفعة أو مصلحة، فيستحبُّ الاستئذان عند دخولها لما له من أثر طيب على الآخرين يستثنى من ذلك الأماكن العامة التي تتقاضى رسوم دخـول، فـلا يـجــوزُ دخولها دون إذن، ودفع الرسوم يعتبر استئذانا.

المفاسد المترتبة على دخول بيوت الآخرين دون استئذان 

 1-النظر للعورات والشك بمن دخل من غير استئذان .

2-هتك الحرمات.

3-انتشار الفتنة في المجتمع والاطلاع على ما يحب الناس ستره من أمورهم الخاصة.

وفرق العلماء بين حكم الاستئذان وحكم السّلام في قوله تعالى: (حَتى تَسْتَأْنِسُواْ وَتُسَلِّمُوا عَلَى أَهْلِهَا )، فقالوا بوجوب الاستئذان واستحباب التسليم، فدَلالة ذلك أن الاستئذان عند الدخول شرع لحفظ عورات الناس لكن السلام شرع من أجل نشر المحبة والألفة، وعدم الاستئذان قد يترتب عليه انكشاف العورات أما ترك السلام فلا يترتب عليه شيء.

ولا يجوز الإلحاح في الدخول على بيوتِ الآخرين عند عدم الإذن، وذلك على ضوء قوله تعالى: ﴿وَإِن قِيلَ لَكُمُ ارْجِعُوا فَارْجِعُوا)

الحالات الطارئة التي يجوز فيها دخول بيوت الآخرين دون استئذان

1- طلب النجدة بأن يستغيث أحد الناس بالآخرين.

2- منع وقوع ضرر كبير عن البيت وأهله من سرقة أو هجوم عدو،

 3- وقوع كارثة طبيعية كحريق أو زلزال.

صفات المستأذن قبل الدخول

  1. العفة

2. طهارة القلب

3. الحياء

 4. تقوى الله.

آداب الزيارة والضيافة في الإسلام

 فالإسلام شرع  الزيارة ورغب فيها، وجعل لها ثواباً عظيماً، سواء أكان ذلك لسبب؛ كالزيارة للتّهنئة بالنجاح,  أو بالزواج، وقد تكون بدون سبب, فقد قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (أَنَّ رَجُلًا زَارَ أَخًا لَهُ فِي قَرْيَةٍ أُخْرَى، فَأَرْصَدَ اللهُ لَهُ، عَلَى ‌مَدْرَجَتِهِ، مَلَكًا فَلَمَّا أَتَى عَلَيْهِ، قَالَ: أَيْنَ تُرِيدُ؟ قَالَ: أُرِيدُ أَخًا لِي فِي هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ، قَالَ: هَلْ لَكَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ تَرُبُّهَا؟ قَالَ: لَا، غَيْرَ أَنِّي أَحْبَبْتُهُ فِي اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، قَالَ: فَإِنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ إِلَيْكَ، بِأَنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّكَ كَمَا أَحْبَبْتَهُ فِيهِ)

الاستئذان بالزيارة ينبغي على من أراد زيارة غيره الاستئذان بالزيارة، فيتّصل بالهاتف أو بأيّة وسيلة من الوسائل الحديثة، فإن أَذِنَ فليزُرْه، وإلّا فلا، وهذه العادة من العادات الحديثة وسهلة التواصل، وتمكن الناس من الاتصال فيما بينهم، ويعلى المسلم أن يستخدم هذه النّعمة في تعزيز الآداب الإسلامية.

 آداب الاستئذان 

1- أن يقرع الباب، أو ينادي على أهل البيت، قال الله -تعالى-: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غَيْرَ بُيُوتِكُمْ حَتَّى تَسْتَأْنِسُوا وَتُسَلِّمُوا عَلَى أَهْلِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ). أن يستأذن ثلاثاً؛ فإنْ لم يؤذن له، فليرجع، قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (إِذَا ‌اسْتَأْذَنَ ‌أَحَدُكُمْ ثَلَاثًا فَلَمْ يُؤْذَنْ لَهُ فَلْيَرْجِعْ).

2. أن يُسلِّم على أهل البيت, كما ورد في الآية الأولى، ولِما ورد عن رجل من بني عامر: (أَنَّهُ اسْتَأْذَنَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: ‌أألِجُ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: اخْرُجْ إِلَيْهِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يُحْسِنُ الِاسْتِئْذَانَ فَقُلْ لَهُ: فَلْيَقُلِ: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَأَدْخُلُ؟ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ فَقُلْتُ: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ، أَأَدْخُلُ؟ فَأَذِنَ لِي فَدَخَلْتُ).

 3-اختيار الوقت المناسب يجب على المسلم أن يختار لزيارته الوقت المناسب، فيختار اليوم والوقت المناسبين، فلا يزوره في وقت يعلم أنّه مشغول فيه,  فلا يتحرّى موعد الطّعام والمنام، ولا موعد القيام ببعض المهام.

4- أن تكون مدة الزيارة معتدلة  ينبغي على الزائر أن يراعيَ في زيارته مُدّة الزيارة، فلا يجعلها طويلةً بحيث يشعر صاحب البيت بالمَلل، ولا يُطيل الإقامة عند صاحب البيت حتى يُحرجه ويُسبّب له الضّيق.

5-حفظ البصر والسمع عن محارم البيت يجب على الزّائر إذا دخل بيتاً أن يحترم حُرمة البيت، فلا يُعطي لنفسه الحرّيّة في النظر إلى عورات، ولا يحاول اكتشاف ما فيه باستراق النّظر. لقول رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (إنَّما جُعِلَ الِاسْتِئْذَانُ مِن أجْلِ البَصَرِ)،وينبغي على الزائر ألّا يستقبل الباب بوجهه، بل عن يمين أو شمال، لكي لا يَتفاجأ أهل البيت, فيطّلع ويرى عوراتهم.

6- الجلوس حيث أجلسه صاحب البيت, فلا يجلس في مكان يكشف من خلاله عورات أهل البيت، ولا يجلس أمام الباب الذي يفتح جهة البيت، لكي لا يُحرج أهل البيت أو يُحرج نفسه، قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسل-: (وَلَا يَقْعُدْ فِي بَيْتِهِ عَلَى ‌تَكْرِمَتِهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ).

 فإنْ لم يأمره صاحب البيت في الجلوس في مكان محدّد، فله أن يتخيَّر أيّ مكان في البيت ثم يجلس.

7- الاستئذان قبل الانصراف يُستحبُّ للزّائر إذا أراد الخروج من البيت الذي يحلّ فيه ضيفاً.

 والحكمة من عدم الانصراف إلّا بإذن صاحب البيت، يمكن إرجاعها لسببين: لأنّ صاحب البيت أمير في سلطانه، فلا يتصرَّف الضّيف إلّا بإذنه، ولكي لا يفوت الضيفَ شيءٌ يمكن أن يكون صاحب البيت أعدّه له دون علمه, كضيافة الطعام، أو أي شيء من واجبات الضيافة.

 آداب الضيافة في الإسلام

1- إكرام الضيف إكرام الضيف من علامات الإيمان، قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَاليَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلَا يُؤْذِ جَارَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَاليَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ‌ضَيْفَهُ..)

2- ومن طرق إكرامه: أن يأكل معه، ولا يتركه يأكل وحده.

3- أن يُطعمه أفضل ما عنده.

 4- أن يحسن صاحب البيت الكلام مع ضيفه، ويؤنسه بالحديث حتى لا يشعر بالوحشة.

4- ألّا يسكت مدة طويلة وهم جالسون، ويواصل التّحدثّ معه، ويسأله عن أخباره وأحواله، ويفتح  له القصص والأحداث حتى يستأنس.

5- ولا يبدي أمامه عبساً له أو لغيره، فلا يقوم بتأديب أولاده، ولا يغضب أمام الضّيف؛ لأنّ ذلك يُحرجه.

6- الترحيب بالضيف  يُستحبُّ أن يُلقَى الضّيف بالوجه الطلق وبالبِشر، وأن يُبادَر إلى التّرحيب به، وأن يستقبله المُضيف استقبالاً حسناً،

فهذا رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (لَمَّا قَدِمَ وَفْدُ عَبْدِ القَيْسِ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَرْحَبًا ‌بِالوَفْدِ، الَّذِينَ جَاءُوا غَيْرَ خَزَايَا وَلَا نَدَامَى).

ثانيا: غض البصر وحفظ الفرج:

أمر الله عزمن الرجال والنساءَ بغض الأبصارِ عمّا لا يحلُّ لهم، وعن كل ما يثيرُ الشّهوات، لأنّ غضّ البصر وسيلة لحفظ الفرج، وطهارة النفسِ من وساوس الشيطان، وهو أزكى للمؤمنين في الدنيا والآخرة. فالنظر المحرم سهم من سهام إبليسَ نهانا عنه الإسلام  وحذرنا منه لما ينتج عنه من خطورة قد تؤدّي أحياناً إلى الزنا، كما ينشغل الإنسان عن واجباته أو ما ينفعه.

والعلاقة بين آية الاستئذان وآية غضّ البصر إنما جعل الاستئذان من أجل حفظ البصر والعورات قال تعالى: (قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ ﴾ .

مخاطر النظرة المحرمة على الفرد والمجتمع

فمخاطر النظر على الفرد هي فساد القلب ومرضه، ويؤدي إلى الوقوع في المعاصي.

ومخاطر النظر على المجتمع فيه انتشار العداوة والبغضاء في المجتمع، ويهدد التماسك الأسري.

والحكمة من الجمع بين غض البصر وحفظ الفرج في قوله تعالى: ( قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ). لأن النظر المحرم هو الذي يوصل للزنا, وغض البصر وحفظه يترتب عليه حفظ الفرج من الزنا.

وجه الشبه بين قوله تعالى: ( قُل لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَرِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ذَلِكَ أَزكَى لَهَم ).. وبين قوله تعالى : (وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسألُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ذَلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ . (الأحزاب (53)

ودلالة قوله تعالى: ( وَيحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ، وقوله تعالى: وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ }:

1- حفظ الفرح من الزنا.

 2- ستر العورة عن الآخرين.

3- أن المسلم مطالب بضبط الغرائز وستر العورة وأنه لا فرق بين الرجل والمرأة في حفظ الفرج وستر العورة فكلاهما سواء.

ثالثًا: نهي النِّساءِ وتوجيههن بعدم إبداء الزّينةِ إلا للمحارم:

نهى اللهُ عَز وجل المرأةَ أنْ تُبدي زينتها الخفية لغير محارمها، واستثنى من الزينة ما يتعذَّرُ إخفاؤُه، لأن المرأة لمزاولة وعمل بعض الأشياء فتكشف عن يديها، أو مخالطَةِ النّاسِ والتّعامل معهـم فتحتاج لكشف يديها.

 والزينةُ ما تزيّنَتْ بهِ المرأةُ من حليّ أو كحل أو خضاب، وتُقسم إلى نوعين:

 الأول: الزينةُ الخفيّةُ: ( كالقرط والسّوارِ والقلادة)  فلا يجوز إظهارها إِلَّا للمحارم والزوج وَمَنْ ورد في الآيةِ.

 الثاني: الزينةُ الظاهرةُ: إلّا ما ظهر منها وهي كل ما يتعذّرُ إخفاؤُه كزينة الوجه والكفّينِ (الخاتم والكحل  والخضاب).

ثم أوجبَتِ الآياتُ الكريمة على المرأة المسلمة ستر جميع بدنها عدا الوجه والكفّين، عمّنْ يحلُّ لَهُ مِنَ الرِّجالِ أَنْ يتزوج منها، أمّا محارِمُها الذين لا يجوز لهمُ الزّواج منها كالأبناء والأخوة، فلها أنْ تُخفّف من ثيابها أمامهم.

 كما نهتِ الآيات المرأة أيضًا عن تعمّد القيام بما يلفت الانتباه إلى زينتها ولو كانت مخفيّةً بالثّيابِ.

يشير قوله تعالى: (وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبهِنَّ)  إلى مواصفاتِ حجاب المرأة المسلمة، بأن يكون ساتراً للرأس والرقبة وفتحة الصدر.

ولم تذكر الآية العمّ والخالَ في الرّجالِ المرخّص للمرأة بإظهار زينتها أمامهم واقتصرت الآية على الذين يكثر وجودهم ودخولهم بيت الأسرة، فالتعداد جرى على الغالب.

والحكمة مـن تأخير أبناء المرأة بعد آبـاء الـزوج  في إظهار الزيـنـة أمـامـه حسب ترتيب الآية:

فالترتيب حيث بدأ بالأصول فذكر الأب وأب الزوج ثم ذكر الفروع فذكر الابن وابن الابن.

الحكمة من الترخيص للمرأة بإبداء الزينة أمام الأصنافِ التالية:

1- فروعُها وأصولها (الأب والأخ والابنُ ) رفعا للحرج والمشقة لكثرة دخولهم عليها بسبب القرابة رفعا للحرج والمشقة لكثرة ترددهم عليها للخدمة

2- مُلك اليمين التابعون غيرُ أولي الإربة الأطفال:

هو رفع المشقة عن النساء مع السلامة من تطرق الشهوة لهؤلاء خلو بالهم من شهوة النساء.

 ضوابط الاختلاط في الإسلام

1- عدم الخَلوة، وأن يكون في الأماكن العامة.

2- أن لا يؤدّي إلى ضرر أخلاقي أو اجتماعي.

3- الالتزام باللباس الشرعي.

4- عدم لفت الانتباه قال تعالى: (وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ).
