السفر في الإسلام
السفر لغة: ضد الإقامة في الوطن.
ويُقصد به انتقال الإنسان برًا أَوْ جوا أو بحرًا منْ موطنه الذي يستقر فيهِ إلى بلدٍ آخرَ؛ ليحقَّقَ منفعةً شَرَعَها اللَّهُ تعالى لهُ.
فوائد السفر والحكمة منه
فَقَدْ أَمَرَ الله تعالى النَّاسَ بالسعي في الأرضِ بامتدادها الواسع؛ لتلبية احتياجاتهم المختلفة:
1- لطلب الرزق والعمل والتجارة.
2- لطلب العلم والدراسة.
3- للعلاج والتداوي.
4-للسياحة والنزهة مع الحفاظ على القيم الإسلامية.
5- لزيارة الأصدقاء والأقارب وغيرها، قال تعالى: ( هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ ذَلُولًا فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِن رِزْقِهِ وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ ) (الملك: 15).
ومن خلالِهِ يتفكَّرُ المسافرُ في عجائب خلق اللهِ تعالى، فيزداد إيمانًا بهِ, قال تعالى: ( وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلۡقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالۡأَرۡضِ) (آل عمران).
وقد قال الشافعي رحمه الله في فوائد السفر: “تغرَّبْ عن الأوطان في طلب العلى وسافرْ ففي الأسفار خمسُ فوائد: تَفَــرُّج هـمٍّ واكتساب مــعيشـة وعلـم وآداب وصحبة ماجـد”.
– إنَّ خدماتُ السِّفرِ ت مظاهراً من مظاهر الرفاهية لدى الشعوب، ورقي الدول، ففي دولة الإمارات يعيشُ الجميع في ظل قيادة تسعى جاهدة لتوفير سبل السعادة لشعبها، وتهتم بالتواصل الحضاري مع العالم؛ لذا أولتِ الدولة عناية كبيرة بمجال خدمات السفر، فعملت على بناء المطارات وفق أعلى المقاييس العالمية، ووفّرتْ أحدث الطائرات المزودة بأرقى الخدمات، فاحتلت المراكز الأولى عالميًا في مجال السفر والسياحة عدة مرات.
نوعا السفر
قَالَ صلى الله عليه وسلم: (مَا مِنْ خَارِجَ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ إِلَّا بِبَابِهِ رَايَتَانِ رَايَةٌ بِيَدِ مَلَكِ، وَرَايَهُ بِيَدِ شَيْطَانٍ، فَإِنْ خَرَجَ لِمَا يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ اتَّبَعَهُ الْمَلَكُ بِرَايَتِهِ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ تَحْتَ رَايَةِ الْمَلَكِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ وَإِنْ خَرَجَ لِمَا يُسْخِطُ اللَّهَ اتَّبَعَهُ الشَّيْطَانُ بِرَايَتِهِ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ تَحْتَ رَايَةِ الشَّيْطَانِ حَتَّى يَرْجع إلى بيته) ( أحمد والطبراني).
أولاً سفر طاعة مثل: السفر للحج.
ثانياً: سفر معصية: مثل: السفر لشرب الخمر .
فمن سافر للسياحة دون أن يترك لأسرته ما يسد حاجتهم أثناء سفره فقد أخطأ فلا يجوز للمسلم تضييع من ينفق عليهم.
آداب السفر
أولًا: ( آداب السفر) قبلَ السَّفر:
1-استحضارُ النِّيَّةِ الصّالحة، فالمسلم يجعل من سفره قربةً الله تعالى، قال: ( إِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ، وَإِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى) (رواه البخاري ومسلم).
2- أنْ يترك لأهلِهِ ما يلزمُهُمْ مِنْ نفقة ونحوها، قال: ( كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ إِثْمًا أَنْ يُضَيِّعَ مَنْ يَقُوتُ) ( أحمد وأبو داودَ).
3- اختيار الرفيق الصالح الذي يذكِّرُهُ بالله تعالى، ويعينه على طاعةِ اللهِ تعالى، ويدلُّهُ على مواطن الخيرِ؛ قالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( لَا تُصَاحِبْ إِلا مُؤْمِنًا وَلَا يَأْكُلْ طَعَامَكَ إِلَّا تَقِيُّ) ( أبو داود والترمذي بإسناد حسن).
4- يتأكد منَ الأوراق الثبوتِيَّةِ التي يحتاجها للسَّفرِ قبل الخروج من بيتِهِ.
5- يقرأُ التعليمات الواردة في ظَهْرِ تذكرة السفر، ويلتزم بها.
6- يلتزم بمواعيد الرحلة.
7- معاونةُ منْ يحتاجُ للمساعدة في كيفية استخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية الموجودة في المطار؛ لإنهاء إجراءاتِ السفر الذكي، أو غير ذلك حسب وقته المتاح.
8- من آداب السفر توديع الأهل.
ثانيا : آداب السفر ( أثناء السَّفَرِ):
1- اتَّخاذ المسافرين قائدًا لَهُمْ مِنْ بينهم: حيثُ يُشْرَعُ للمسافرينَ أنْ يَختاروا واحدًا منهُمْ لِيُشرف على تنظيم أمور السكن والمواصلات وغيرها من الأمور ، قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (إِذَا كَانَ ثَلَاثَةٌ فِي سَفَرٍ فَلْيُؤَمِّرُوا أَحَدَهُمْ) ( أبو داود).
2- قول دعاءِ السَّفَرِ إذا رَكِبَ سيّارتَهُ، أو الطائرة، أو غيرها من المركوبات، ودعاءُ السَّفَرِ هَوَ:
(سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ فِي سَفَرِنَا هَذَا الْبِرَّ وَالتَّقْوَى, وَمِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا تَرْضَى اللَّهُمَّ هَوَّنْ عَلَيْنَا سَفَرَنَا هَذَا وَاطْوِ عَنَّا بُعْدَهُ, اللَّهمَّ أَنْتَ الصَّاحِبُ فِي السَّفَرِ, وَالخَلِيفَةُ فِي الأَهْلِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ وَعْثاءِ السَّفَرِ, وَكَآبَةِ المَنْظَرِ، وَسُوءِ المُنْقَلَبِ فِي المَالِ وَالْأَهْلِ) ( مسلم).
3- الالتزام بما عليه من واجبات دينية فيحافظ على صلاته، ويلتزم باللبس المحتشم، وعليهِ أنْ يبتعد عنْ جميع المعاصي: فلا يؤذي أحدًا بلسانه ولا بيدِهِ، ولا يقعُ في الغيبة أو النميمة أو الكذب، وغير ذلك منْ أنواع المعاصي والسيئات.
4- التحلي بالإحسان إلى الناس قولا وفعلا؛ لقول النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: (مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادَّهِمْ وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ مَثَلُ الجَسَدِ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالحُمَّى) [رواه البخاري ومسلم واللفظ له).
5- الالتزام بتعليمات الأمن والسلامة في الطائرة، أو غيرها من المركوبات.
ومن الأمور التي يجب على المسلم الالتزام بها أثناءَ السَّفر:
أولا: في المطار:
1- الانتظام أثناء الإجراءات عبر الأجهزة الذكية.
2- حسن التعامل مع الموظفين .
3- المحافظة على نظافة المكان .
4- وفي وسيلة السفر:
5- السلام على الركاب.
6- عدم الاكثار من الحركة.
ثانيا: في البلد المتجه إليه:
1- التحلي بحسن الخلق.
2- الالتزام بقوانين البلد.
3-خفض الصوت .
الأعمال الصالحة التي يمكن للمسافر من خلالها استثمار الوقت أثناء سفره
1- الدعاء والتسبيح.
2- قراءة القرآن الكريم .
3-الدعوة إلى الله تعالى.
ثالثًا: آداب السفر عند العودة من السفر
1- قول دعاءِ العَوْدَةِ وهو نفسُه دعاءُ السَّفْرِ، غيرَ أَنَّهُ يَزِيدُ في آخرِهِ: (آيبُونَ تَائِبُونَ عَابِدُونَ لِرَبِّنَا حَامِدُونَ) [رواه مسلم].
2- إخباره أهلَهُ بقدومه؛ حتى يستعدّوا للقائه.
3- شراء بعض الهدايا للأهل.
الحكمة من آداب السفر
آداب السفر لها أثرها على الفرد:
1- محبَّةُ اللهِ -تعالى- ورسوله.
2- اكتساب محبة واحترام الناس له.
3- السلامة والسعادة والطمأنينة.
آداب السفر لها أثرها على المجتمع:
1- انتشار الألفة بين أفراد المجتمع.
2- تماسك المجتمع وترابطه.
3- تقدم المجتمع وازدهاره.
فوائد السفر
1-استجابة دعاء المسافر:
لقولَ رسولُ اللَّه صلى الله عليه وسلم: ( ثَلَاثُ دَعَوَاتٍ مُسْتَجَابَاتٌ لَا شَكٍّ فِيهِنَّ دَعْوَةُ الْمَظْلُومِ وَدَعْوَةُ الْمُسَافِرِ وَدَعْوَةُ الْوَالِدِ عَلَى وَلَده) (رواه الترمذي).
2-الفوز بمحبة الله تعالى عند السفر لزيارة قريب أو بعيد:
رخص المسافر
– للمسافر رخص كثيرة أباحها الله للمسافر، وهذه الرخص لا تكون لمن كان سفره في معصية وبهذا أفتى الفقهاء وإنما لمن كان سفره في طاعة بمعنى مستحبا أو مباحاً أو واجب.
رخص المسافر
1-المسح على الخفين لمدة ثلاثة أيام:
المسح على الخفين جائز ومحدد بيوم وليلة للمقيم وثلاثة أيام ولياليهن للمسافر، فعن علي بن أبي طالب -رضي الله عنه- قال: ( جعل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم للمسافر ثلاثة أيام ولياليهن، ويوماً وليلة للمقيم يعني في المسح) (مسلم).
وعن خزيمة بن ثابت رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: (المسح على الخفين للمسافر ثلاثة أيام وللمقيم يوم وليلة ) ( الألباني)
2- يجوز قصر الصلاة أثناء السفر كما ورد في القرآن والسنة وفي الإجماع, قال تعالى: ( وَإِذَا ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَقْصُرُواْ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ إِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَن يَفْتِنَكُمُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ …) ( النساء ).
3- الجمع بين الصلاتين:
ويجوز للمسافر أن يجمع بين صلاتي الظهر والعصر جمع تقديم أو جمع تأخير، وكذا صلاتي المغرب والعشاء، فكل مسافر يجوز له القصر؛ فإنه يجوز له الجمع, وهو رخصة عارضة، يفعله عند الحاجة إذا جد به السير, لما رواه معاذ – رضي الله عنه: ( أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان في غزوة تبوك إذا ارتحل قبل زيغ الشمس آخر الظهر حتى يجمعها إلى العصر ويصليهما جميعاً, وإذا ارتحل بعد زيغ الشمس صلى الظهر والعصر جميعاً, ثم سار وكان يفعل مثل ذلك في المغرب والعشاء) رواه مسلم وغيره.
سلوكيات إيجابية وسلبية لبعض المسافرين
ـ الاقتراض من البنوكِ أو من أحد الناس, لقضاء عطلته السنوية بصحبة عائلته,
فالسفر مع العائلة إيجابي ولا حرج فيه, ولكن الدين من البنوك أو غيرها له آثار سلبية قد تؤثر على الفرد طوال حياته
ـ وآخر سافر مع أصدقائِهِ؛ لغرض السياحة بدونِ علم والديه، فالسفر مع الأصدقاء راحة للنفس ومتعة ، ولكن لابد من مشاورة الوالدين وطاعتهما مقدمة على كل شيء.
مخالفات قد تقع في السفر
1- رمي المناديل داخل المطار
2- التدافع عند صعود وسيلة السفر.
3- الوقوف في ممرات وسيلة التنقل.
4- العبث في أدوات الطائرة.
حكم سفر المرأة
أصدر مركز الإفتاء الرسمي لدولة الإمارات:
أن سَفَرِ المرأةِ في زمننا هذا ضمنَ بعثة رسمية للخارج بغرض تحصيل العلم وخدمة الوطن، يجوز للمرأة السفر برفقة آمنة من أجل طلب العلم وهذا لا يتنافى مع الدين فالبعثة توفر سبل الأمن في الدولة المتجهة إليها.
